Skipped training today and mum&dad accompanied me to th doctor.
Stomach wind, reflux, too acidic in th stomach.
The doctor said:
1. Eat frequent small meals instead of 3 big meals for easier digestion.
2. Avoid spicy stuff(D:), Avoid sour stuff.
3. No gassy drink
4. Reduce caffeine and milk intake if any for the time being.
And for that, i was given 3 packets of tablets to be completed in one week. And he even gave me MC when i said i don't need it -.-
Anyways, got to meet up with Jia&Jess in the afternoon! I love thursdays because beside IS days(weds), its the only day lesson ends as early as 1PM(: Jess had to leave for church meeting at 3plus so we went alumni clubhouse for our lunch. Though its a short 2hrs spent, i'm always happy with them around:D
And to recap a lil on what i consumed:
1. Chicken cutlet with 4 packets of chilli(spicy stuff)
2. Honey lemon(sour stuff).
Looking at it, I think its difficult for my already unwell stomach to not be affected-.- But i didn't think that much when ordering, like seriously i'm hungry luh :/
Anyway anyhow, one last thing.
